FOR THE LOVE OF CANINES AT THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF WILDLIFE ART

Founded in 1987, the National Museum of Wildlife Art holds more than 5,000 works of art representing wild animals from around the world. For the Love of Canines questions humans’ relation and fascination with canines, whether love or loathing, through works of art from the National Museum of Wildlife Art’s permanent collection. Spanning time periods and artistic genres over three centuries, many of these works convey the feral and free nature of foxes, wolves, coyotes, and other four-legged creatures that continue to roam the West. wildlifeart.org
