It’s Time for TGR’s Magic Hour

Teton Gravity Research, one of the global leaders in the mountain action/adventure film genre, launches the premier of their latest project on September 17th with an afterparty at the Mangy Moose in Jackson Hole’s Teton Village.

Magic Hour is not so much a particular time a day as a culmination of powerful moments in some of the most beautiful, wild places on the planet. For 27 years, Teton Gravity Research has been searching for the right place with the right crew at the perfect time to experience life at its fullest. Between the thrill of the hunt and the peace of floating down a mountain, the sum of these experiences becoming greater than its parts is the ultimate goal. If you ask TGR, their annual snow film Magic Hour is just that.

On Saturday, September 17th, join TGR in Teton Village for the world premiere of Magic Hour. The film takes place as the cornerstone of FarOutFest, and all-day festival with free live music, mountain biking, food, drinks, and more. There will be athlete poster signings, plus prize giveaways from partners Atomic, Volkl, YETI, Mammut, Tincup Whiskey, Sierra Nevada, and more.

100% of the proceeds from the event (including alcohol sales) benefit local charity partners – this year’s beneficiaries are Coombs Outdoors and Bridger-Teton Avalanche Foundation.
